All orders are custom made to match the choices you
make. Work begins as soon as possible. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your Custom order to arrive.
Shipping & Handling is non-refundable
and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense.

IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU MAY RETURN
THE ITEM FOR AN EXCHANGE. RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, INSTRUCTIONS, PACKING MATERIAL, ETC.. ON
OR BEFORE THE FIFTEENTH (15) DAY FROM THE ORIGINAL POSTMARK (Original Shipping Date). YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE
AUTHORIZATION BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO shaidepoms1@aol.com BEFORE SENDING THE MERCHANDISE TO US.
Defective Products We take
great care to create the items you specify to the highest quality standards. But if you receive an item that is incorrect,
defective or damaged, contact us at shaidepoms1@aol.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to correct the problem.
Returns & Exchanges on Wraps and Panties
If the wraps or panties you ordered do not fit your dog
contact us at shaidepoms1@aol.com. We will work with you to get the correct measurements and size
for your dog. Items to be returned must be unused, unsoiled and unwashed. We will provide you with an RMA # to put with the
items you return to us. Once we receive the items will make the replacement(s) and ship them to you.
You are responsible for the cost to ship the items to us. We will
ship the new items out at our expense.
You will be responsible for the difference in price when an
item is replaced by a larger size at a higher price.
No cash or credit card refunds are given on Custom Wraps, Custom
Panties that do not fit, or special orders. Returned wraps & panties that customers do not want replaced will
be offered store credit only. These items are custom made to customer provided specifications and are not considered
stock items.
DO NOT return items without receiving an RMA # from us. We
are not responsible for any items we receive that do not have the RMA @# included.
